I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing Integrative Psychotherapy. I believe that it is the unique therapy relationship between client and therapist that enables positive change and new learning to take place.
Located between Litchfield and Hartford counties in Terryville, CT, I provide a safe, comfortable, welcoming environment, surrounded by the beauty of a natural landscape. I specialize in stress-related disorders, stress reduction, relationship problems, PTSD, and childhood abuse. For the past twenty nine years I have dedicated myself to advanced training (see about Me).
Referrals come from medical doctors, former clients, and other therapists. Self referrals are always welcomed. People come for many reasons including: stress-related symptoms (see stress symptoms), depression, anxiety, panic attacks, loss, and relationship problems.
