PeaceCOMES FROM WITHIN

Anxiety

"Anxiety is fast, irritable, and preoccupied with explanations. Danger is never far away because she tells us so. Anxiety wants to tell someone a story, has trouble making decisions, asks for advice, seldom follows advice, makes the heart race, feels dizzy, hands clammy, doesn't breathe very well, waits impatiently for something else to go wrong, says "what if" a lot. Apprehension floods the mind and becomes a unreliable companion."
