PeaceCOMES FROM WITHIN

Depression

Depression moves slowly, speaks slowly in a monotone, unless angry, suffocates vitality, is critical and judge mental, and can not think very clearly. Depression takes us away from life and relationships and turns us inward, has no future, regrets the past. Unkind and heavy she weighs us down saps our strength. Colors loose vibrancy, flowers wilt, ponds empty and become lifeless holes. Depression hurts, holds on, mumbles the same messages, shows same old pictures, sucks us dry. She isn't very nice!
